Brand New, factory sealed products in new OEM retail packaging. These products come direct from the manufacturer, labelled with UPC, and with full end-user warranty, usually 1-year.

Product that has been previously opened and comes in original retail packaging which may have light wear. The product condition is like new, tested to be fully functional and includes all original accessories.

Product that has been professionally re-manufactured, reconditioned, or refurbished by the manufacturer to meet or exceed the original specifications. Condition is Class A (like new) and product may have light cosmetic blemishes. These usually are packed in plain or generic boxes with standard accessories and end-user warranty.
